Obituary of Ada Richmond

Ada Richmond, 93, of Freehold died Friday, October 28, 2016 at Bartley Healthcare Nursing and Rehabilitation, Jackson. Born in New York City, she was raised in Brooklyn and resided in Freehold since 1945. Ada earned her BA from NYU and was an avid reader. She particularly enjoyed reading the NY Times and completing the crossword puzzles. Predeceased by her parents, Isadore and Sarah Weisbrod; she is survived by her son, Louis and his wife, Roberta of Lakewood, NJ; her daughter, Lisa Lynn of CA and Freehold, NJ; and her grandchildren, Stephanie and Scott. Graveside funeral services will be held 11:00am Sunday, October 30, 2016 at Temple Beth El Cemetery, 3351 Hwy. 33, Neptune, NJ 07753. Donations in Ada’s honor may be made to Congregation Ahavat Olam, 106 Windeler Rd., Howell, NJ 07731. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Belkoff-Goldstein Funeral Chapel, Lakewood, NJ.
